Shilo holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate financing and his master’s degree in business finance. He continues to take courses and attend conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends/developments.
His focus for much of the past 5 years was in building a successful purchase division for one of the largest mortgage servicing companies in the country. As the Director of Sales, he was the architect of the division as it grew from $30MM to $500MM annually. Prior to that he spent 18+ years as a top loan officer with experience in all channels of mortgage financing (emphasis on serving the underserved markets).
